2. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Ijoba processes personal data directly related to its users, accounts, support, security and operation of the Platform.

When a Customer uses Ijoba to process information relating to its own customers, employees, suppliers or other individuals, the Customer normally determines the purposes of that processing and may act as the relevant data controller.

Depending on how the Platform is used, we may process identification data, contact information, account information, technical data, authentication information, activity logs and information necessary to provide support and security.

  • provide Ijoba functionality;

Security also depends on measures implemented by the Customer and its Users, including proper credential management and authentication practices.

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

11. Data Subject Rights

Where applicable, individuals may exercise the rights recognized by applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection, as well as other applicable rights.
