1. Nature of the Service

Ijoba is provided as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Access to the Platform does not transfer ownership of the software to the Customer.

2. License Grant

During the service term, Ijoba grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform in accordance with these terms and the applicable plan.

3. Restrictions

The Customer may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Platform outside the scope expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Ijoba retains all rights in the software, source code, architecture, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks and other Platform elements belonging to Ijoba.

5. Customer Data

This license does not transfer ownership of Customer Data to Ijoba. The Customer retains the rights applicable to such data.

6. Third-Party Software

The Platform may include or use third-party components subject to their own licenses and terms.

7. Term and Termination

The license remains effective while the Customer is entitled to use the Platform.

Upon termination of that right, the Customer must stop using the service.

8. Updates

Ijoba may update, modify or replace components of the Platform as part of its technological and operational evolution.

9. Legal Protection

This license is granted only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
