1. Purpose

This Policy establishes rules for using Ijoba safely, lawfully and responsibly.

2. Permitted Use

Ijoba may be used to manage information, operations, customers, documents, communications, tasks, workflows and other legitimate business processes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • use Ijoba for unlawful activities;
  • access accounts, data or systems without authorization;
  • attempt to bypass security mechanisms;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • perform penetration testing without authorization;
  • interfere with the availability or operation of the service;
  • perform abusive scraping or automation that affects the Platform;
  • use Ijoba for fraud, impersonation or deception;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • attempt to access information belonging to another Customer;
  • use the service for unlawful or abusive communications.

4. Content Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for content entered, stored, processed or published through Ijoba.

5. Account Security

Users must protect their credentials and report any unauthorized access or security incident that may affect an account.

6. Measures for Violations

Ijoba may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable measures, including warnings, limitations, suspension or termination of accounts when necessary.

7. Reports

Activities that may represent abuse or a security risk may be reported to Ijoba through the available contact channels.
